3 @1 Schumer can't exactly say that the Democrats have no chance of flipping the Senate or the House, that would dry up the donations they so badly.

4 My concern with Ohio is that DeWine may be proven a smaller version of his friend Tim Walz with regard to overseeing immigrant corruption. Husted is associated with DeWine and Sherrod Brown was an Ohio Senator for many years. He is electable.

5 Sherrod Brown is getting a bit long in the tooth — he’s 73. And as a union/Party Machine enthusiast he’s the wrong kind of Democrat for the current fashion in such things. Still, if it must be he, he’d be better than a Mamdani style Democratic Socialist, assuming that side of the party survives another year of cleaning out the voter rolls and the ranks of illegals jailed or expelled.
