It's all relative. Compared to the Depression year, for most it was. However, if you compare what it was really back then and what we have now, you'd rate that as near or just above the poverty level by today standards.

5 Guilty as charged, sort of. One big problem for us Boomers is that we ARE dying off. Most of my friends are Boomers, and I lose a couple or more every year.
