3 Typical adjustment from the 1st to the 3rd estimate is about 0.5%.

Of course this time there is a data gap because of the shutdown so I wouldn't be surprised at an adjustment of up to 1.0%.

But even a 3.3% wouldn't be too bad (it is above the long term average over the past 50 years). I would, however, be alarmed if the final was 5.3% as that would show overheating in the economy and the Fed would slam the brakes on monetary easing.
