6 $9B for Minnesota. I would think that the grand total might be $15B. It won’t be as high in other areas. Somali fraud in Minnesota is an outlier. It is too well organized. If this was natural for Somalis, they would have formed a functioning society in their homeland.

Maybe claw back some of that money as well.

Cut off all future paymets to Minnesota and make everybody reapply with a comprehensive background check on the applicants and their families and friends.
