Simple solution to those VIOLATING US LAW and playing political illegal immigration games.

Start arresting the state leaders issuing the orders/instructions to ignore US immigration laws. Plus, arrest the CALIFORNIA DMV person that issued the ILLEGAL a driver license. Given, the driver clearly could not have passed the Written Test, given his piss poor English skills. Then charge them all with federal offenses.
