Actually, as the BBC probably knows, SCOTUS is taking artificial restraints on Executive Article II power off. You don't get to be an independent agency under the actual CONSTITUTION utilizing POTUS power without the hierarchy. Fed Reserve should be next in line for castration

5 At the risk of contradicting well-known constitutional scholar Judge Ketanji Brown, bless her heart, when a person gits voted President, he bees the President and is entitled by law to do Presidenting stuff. Article 2, bitches! "The executive Power shall be vested in a President of the United States of America."

7 If they are under the executive branch, then the pres is the boss. End of story. Don't like it? Then congress needs a veto proof vote to put it under their purview. That is how the system is built and designed.
