3 There is a principled objection that Libertarians could make about the Feds not needing access to peoples info. California and any state that pushed for vaccine cards cannot make that argument. SNAP probably doesn’t have a Constitutional basis, but it’s there. If it exists, the Feds ought to be able to exclude non-citizens and especially illegals.
Not sure how illegals get SSNs and CDLs. If they were issued, the Feds ought to have access to names, addresses, voter registrations and immigration statuses.
Someone issued CDLs to “No Name Provided.” Charge the person who did who did the transactions, whoever made the policy and everyone in between. It’s a currently popular idea that people should not follow illegal orders.
