5 I think the problem is actually with the "universal injunction".
I get that someone comes into court and asks for an injuction or stay on a specific matter.
Why does this decision affect everybody, everywhere, simultaineously?

7 Re:#5 - Some issues are universal... if a state outlaws ownership of any firearm, the court should hold all citizens are covered by the decision rather than ruling that only the plaintiffs can get relief. The problem is where you draw the line.
