And yes, if Americans did not DEMAND cocaine and fentanyl then there'd be no one to SUPPLY that demand.

Perhaps.

Even if one were to stipulate all tnat, the fact is that the USA has the right, nay the obligation, to protect its borders.

And so, good President Sheinbaum, perhaps you might use your good offices to encourage these folks to develop employable skills for alternative occupations.

Or perhaps encourage them to seek markets in Asia or Africa. Or Australia. Or Europa.
