3 The same thing with DeKalb County, Ga. (Metro-Atlanta area)

The Police & Sheriff Dept. has Official Police and Sheriff dept vehicles driving around in neighboring counties trying to recruit new LEO's.

It seems very, very few inside the Dekalb is looking to, or could pass a BkGrd check to join. Given the Hood, Gangs, crime rates and 81+% voted for Harris ☺
