2 Effects are exaggerated. An ounce of that once a day is great as a magnesium supplement, and that little is not a laxative for the vast majority.

10 Cherry flavor history note. in 1922 Smith Brothers Cough drops started. They used raw honey from nectar of the "pin cherry tree". Giving the drops an actually medicinal affect as well as flavoring.

A honey now we dreed now getting in our harvest. Very distinct odd cherry flavoring.

We normally mix that at low ratios into main batches or feed it later back to the hives.
