Then coupled that with the CCP's 1979 to 2015 population planning initiative, restricting families to 1 child. Which also had a major negative impact? Given the Chinese culture of carrying on the Male's Family name resulted in a massive number of CCP Female Babies being abandoned, internationally adopted out, or the record number of "Miscarriages" during those years.

AND/OR
The CCP could, just OPEN THE BORDERS, and allow in an massive influx of 2nd/3rd world reproducers. Just like Biden, the Globalist, and the Democrats did.
