3 The owners of The Rac Katy lied claimed in a statement that the crime was a result of "recreational shooting on a nearby property."

recreational shooting is frequently organized to enhance safety, not just to bystanders but the shooters themselves

maybe the reporters should look into whether the organizers have some responsibility
