5 Caught a glimpse of CBS this morning and their "experts" don't seem to think the prosecutors can win a conviction in this case. They were quick to trot out some Democrat senators who complained about vengeance and selective prosecution. Of course, Democrats know all about selective prosecution.

I dunno. I'm no lawyer. But if he lied to Congress it should be pretty easy to prove. If they can prove that his statements to Congress were false, he goes to jail.

We'll just have to wait and see.

But this is the slithering reptile I'd most like to see in an orange jump suit...
