The 1 person taken into custody was released.

The St. Louis County DA Melissa Price Smith said Monday afternoon that the suspect was released after no criminal charges were filed within the 24-hour maximum holding time. She also said the shooting appears to be a domestic incident (B o B) , with a claim of self-defense still being investigated.
