3 Probably weren't displaying a proper flag and were mistaken for terrorist boats carrying weapons. an easy mistake to make.
All boats at sea must display national flags, that's a regulation for them to be insured.

16 I would have a lot more respect for Astrology if back in the 5.25" days I read a deal like,
