#4 POTUS will get on this as soon as he "fixes" immigration and climate change. This legislation should pass through Congress fairly quickly since no one reads bills anymore.

All depends on who writes the definition, no? If chaotic and authoritarian tyranny is what you're after the MB is succeeding just fine.
