1 I see all those flat walls on houses that are either square or rectangular. They are not aerodynamic and offer all the resistance they are worth to the wind. In places where the wind can get to be far stronger than the materials used to build the walls, it might be a good idea to build walls that are curved so they offer less resistance. It might be a good idea to actually build round houses so the wind would flow around them instead of flattening them. I'm no architect but I know there is a good reason why you never see square boats or airplanes.
