3 Qatar spent billions and billions on infrastructure in Gaza and salaries for Gaza administration only to see it basically wiped out.

Not sure what they were thinking when they did this. Not sure what they are thinking now.

They also spent billions to construct the air base for Centcom and continue spending hundreds of millions on O&M.
