1 The woman who fired the gunshot and killed the man is 'cooperating with detectives,' per NBC Los Angeles citing the LA County Sheriff’s Department.

She began "cooperating" with society with the second shot.

3 If nothing else, they've got her for firing a warning shot. In doublethink, it's a crime since you discharged a weapon obviously didn't think you were in immediate danger. Correcting her mistake in round 2 probably won't help.
