3 People are having babies when they're much older these days. Forty-year-old women are having babies. When you keep young people in school until they're in their mid-twenties it's kinda hard for them to get married and make babies, especially when they find their college degrees aren't worth much. By the time they can afford children they're not as fertile as the were in their late teens and early twenties. You want babies? Gotta do something about it.

Saw something about that, don't know how true or if so, how far along the tech is. Allegedly it was a transparent growth chamber cutely chambered into a mobile robot which of course was shaped like a pregnant human. I suppose it has an animated face thing and will say random tropes like, "I need pickle flavored ice cream." or "Turn the AC off it is making me nauseous." or "I'm doing all this work and you can't even load the dishwasher right! -sobbing noises-"
