1 to address the question in blue

- generally the answer is 'no'

the adjustment end point is 31 March 2025 and a lot of Feds left the work forces after that date

-not sure about NGOs but probably the same as the Feds

- State govt employees are a different area and are almost not being eliminated quickly, likewise local government employees

I'm hoping that beginning soon there will be a large decrease in employment at Universities, especially administrators both govt sponsored and private.
