1 ...That's nice that they have five left. "Operational", however, may be another thing entirely. And if they can't get close enough to use the damn things properly, it don't matter how many they have.

2 USAF rule of thumb is you need to have 3 in order to keep 1 useable for sorties. I doubt if Russian maintainers are that good.
So they can probably use 1 at a time.
