1 Didn’t want his intelligence going to the White House to influence policy. Why was he being paid?
So the Intelligence Community hid their knowledge of the Chinese ballots. To me, that indicates that there was nothing stopping the Chinese ballots from being used. Likely they were used. Does the intelligence not include who ordered them and who actually injected them into the system because those people should be in jail.

Frankly, all the intelligence analysts should also be in jail.
