2 My first guess on purpose would be to explore rooftop access and mapping defenses/egress.

My second would be a poor choice for aerosol dispersal.

Third would be for reverse engineering of the C2.

4th would be a SPECop covert offbook special mission acquisition. Which ties to the first one ^.

4 Mysterious trio of lights 'chasing each other' spotted over New York City in eerie UFO sighting

Charlie Correa, from New York's borough of Queens, spotted a single bright light in the sky on March 8 around 8.30pm ET.

Thinking it was a shooting star, they went outside to film it when two more small objects appeared and began chasing the first UFO.

The FAA’s B4UFLY service shows where recreational flyers can and cannot fly. Starting February 1, 2024, recreational flyers who only fly their drone for fun have more resources to choose from.

The FAA has approved five companies to provide B4UFLY services through desktop and mobile applications. B4UFLY provides situational awareness to recreational flyers and other drone users.
