[Just The News] The top Justice Department prosecutor for civil liberties and voting rights tells Just the News that her ongoing review of state voter rolls has proven tens of thousands of noncitizens made it into a position to cast ballots and that hundreds of thousands of dead or departed residents were not properly removed from state election systems.
"It's really frustrating that we're being prevented from doing our job," Assistant Attorney General for Civil Rights Harmeet Dhillon said Tuesday night, criticizing state election offices and federal judges who are blocking her office from her historic effort to obtain and review every state's voter roll ahead of the 2026 midterm elections.
Dhillon gave an early accounting of the initiative, disclosing during a wide-ranging interview on the Just the News, No Noise television show that 16 states have turned over their voter rolls to DOJ or signed memorandum of understanding to provide the data while 29 are facing litigation to compel them to turn over the lists.
Good. The cleaner the rolls, the more Republicans will be elected, which will help get other things done.
"We want every American citizen to feel confident in voting and feel confident in the outcome of that election, and that is why we're undertaking this massive project," she explained.
While having access to less than half the state's election databases, Dhillon said she has already found deeply disturbing statistics that are only bound to get worse as more states are forced to comply.
"We're finding tens of thousands of noncitizens on the voter rolls, hundreds of thousands of dead people on the voter rolls, and duplicate registrations between states," she said.
As long as there is a Liberal, Socialist, Democrat alive, or dead, they will avoid cleaning up the voter roles.
How about a simple law imposed on states regarding Federal elections.
That if local or state refuses to verify and certify their voter roles and process. Then those votes must be reviewed by an independent process, prior to being accepted. If deliberate fraud is found then those involved must be charged in Federal court.

Former U.S. Vice President Kamala Harris has canceled her planned April 6 book tour visit to San Diego.
San Diego Theatres announced on its website Wednesday that the cancellation was due to a "scheduling conflict" and refunds will be offered at the original point of purchase.
The book tour, which launched Sept. 24 in New York City, has been a success, with events in several cities sold out.
Her last appearance was on March 3 in Oakland, but the upcoming tour stops that were scheduled in Sacramento, San Diego and Anaheim have all have been canceled.
