It doesn’t matter if all of Israel, and all of the countries in the world, support it. If Hamas doesn’t accept it - and they won’t - the deal will fail.
Or else Hamas will say they accept it, then renege and blame Israel.

"We will never abandon our weapons, nor will we relinquish them," Qassem told the tens of thousands of supporters gathered at the tomb of the former chief on Saturday.
