They will force him in to independent status but still expect his vote. I think that they will be disappointed in the result of this move. Fetterman absolutely does not care about being socially isolated from anyone anywhere and most especially from the Washington crowd. He won’t become a Republican because he despises Lindsey Graham and the slimy RINO corporatists. We agree with him in that point but not on his his liberal policies. Fetterman will effectively become Joe Rogan’s personal Senator.

The TRO blocks the RIF. There will be an emergency appeal of the TRO. The TRO will be negated. The RIF becomes the negotiation to end the shutdown. The medical coverage for illegals issue is surrenders by the Dems. That is my expectation of how this plays out.
Paying for free medical for illegals as is in sanctuary states like California will crush the state budget because of the quantity of low income illegals those states have collected.

How about a simple law?
ONLY US CITIZENS and VISA workers paying taxes may partake of US TAXPAYER funded services.
In the case of Life or Death situations, prohibiting immediate deportation . ER Treatment yes. Followed by immediate deportation, followed by a BILL or deduction of any Foreign aid given to that country incurred for caring for THEIR Citizen.

This would not work in ANTIFA’s favor. They already have adequate camera footage and can suppress the footage they don’t like. It may be a move to limit the number of agents based on available cameras.
Judges have rules about communication from one side of a suit without the knowledge and presence of lawyers from the other side. These suits seem highly coordinated. In many of them it appears as if the plaintiffs know that the judge is in their side and will grant the TRO before the case is brought. If illegal communication is found regarding all these cases, real impeachment cases ought to be brought.
