-Lurid Crime Tales-
How State Prosecutors Can Send Tony Fauci To Rot In Prison
[Federalist] After an eight-month cyber hunt, Secretary of Health and Human Services Robert F. Kennedy Jr. found Anthony Fauci’s private diary on HHS servers. Sen. Rand Paul has released all 1,100-plus pages of it. And that Fauci diary — paired with my own memoir of the pandemic — provides some of the very best evidence for the case that makes up the title of my new book: Why Fauci MUST Rot in Prison.

The four questions I ask are the same that would be asked of any chief executive who financed a dangerous experiment overseas, learned that a catastrophe killing millions might trace back to it, and then helped construct a public story pointing anywhere but back at himself: What did Fauci know? When did he know it? What did he do next? And who died because of it?

By the book’s end, I, the prosecutor, lay out possible criminal charges that range from manslaughter by culpable negligence and conspiracy to defraud the United States to obstruction and state-law homicide theories. And you, the jury, will render the verdict.

Let’s start with the money. Tony Fauci ran the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) for 38 years and sat atop billions of dollars in infectious-disease research funding. His institute awarded EcoHealth Alliance a grant titled "Understanding the Risk of Bat Coronavirus Emergence."

-Great Cultural Revolution
American identity: What is American culture?
[American Thinker] If you refuse to set aside the culture and identity of the place you left, you are not welcome.

Americans have been told since the 1960s that we are a melting pot, a nation of immigrants, and that immigration built America. Both sides of the political aisle have largely accepted and advanced this story, often to destructive ends. It is time to reclaim what it means to be an American.

Being American is not a licensing question or a matter of paperwork. It is not merely geographical. The Supreme Court has ruled that birth on American soil makes one an American. I disagree. If you asked the Founding Fathers—George Washington or John Adams—what it means to be an American, they would not have struggled for an answer. They would have said that anyone may join the American project and that all are welcome. But they would also have insisted on clear rules for participation.

AI Overview

The Indian American diaspora is the largest Indian diaspora in the world, numbering over 5.2 million people (roughly 1.5% to 1.6% of the U.S. population).

Population and Demographics

• Size: Approximately 5.2 million individuals (including both foreign-born immigrants and U.S.-born generations).
• Geography: Heavily concentrated in states like California, Texas, New Jersey, New York, and Illinois, with major metro hubs including New York City, Chicago, San Francisco, San Jose, and Dallas.
• Education & Economy: Over 77% to 80% hold a bachelor's or advanced degree. The median household income is around $151,200, significantly higher than the national U.S. average.
• Languages & Religion: Diverse linguistic backgrounds include Hindi, Telugu, Gujarati, and Tamil; religious affiliations span Hinduism (~48%), Christianity (~15%), Sikhism, Islam, and the unaffiliated.

History & Immigration Waves

• Early Roots: Small numbers of Sikh and other laborers arrived on the U.S. West Coast in the mid-to-late 19th and early 20th centuries, facing early anti-Asian immigration

• Post-1965 Expansion: The Immigration and Nationality Act of 1965 abolished national-origin quotas, sparking an influx of highly skilled scientists, engineers, and doctors.
• Tech Boom: The late 1990s and 2000s Y2K/Silicon Valley tech expansion brought hundreds of thousands of IT specialists and software engineers on H-1B visas. Today, Indian nationals receive a major share of H-1B visas and employment-based green cards.

Political and Civic Influence

• Electorate & Donors: According to data analyzed by the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace, there are roughly 2.6 million eligible Indian American voters in the U.S. Their high median household incomes and mobilization in suburban swing corridors have made Indian American donors and political action committees a potent force in U.S. elections.
• Public Attitudes: Recent findings from the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace show nuanced political leanings (roughly 46% Democratic, 19% Republican, and 29% Independent), alongside widespread reporting of personal discrimination or • identity-based slights.
• Notable Figures: High-profile American figures of Indian descent include political leaders like former Vice President Kamala Harris, corporate executives like Sundar Pichai (Google/Alphabet) and Satya Nadella (Microsoft), and numerous academic, scientific, and cultural pioneers.

Britain
Colonizer Winnie the Pooh: What a British propagandist put into a children's book
Direct Translation via Google Translate. Edited
by Fedot Streletskyn
Really funny — what happens when someone filters everything through a single, narrow lens.
[Regnum] Winnie-the-Pooh turns exactly 100 years old. On October 14, 1926, the mediocre children's book by the English author was published. It brought fame to both him and his son (though neither were thrilled), but most importantly, it became one of the most famous and enigmatic works of fiction ever written.

Mysterious – because for all these 100 years, A.A. Milne’s works about Winnie the Pooh and his friends have not only entertained children, but also captivated respectable adults, forcing them to ask: what is it about these simple stories that makes them so deeply ingrained in everyone’s hearts?

Some adults, endowed with a particularly inquisitive mind and a vibrant imagination, become so fascinated that they write entire books and scientific articles in which they present their own answers to the question, finding quite unexpected things in these simple stories.

For example, the distinct, deep traces of colonialism and imperial ideology. And, unlike the traces of Buka, they are, in a sense, quite real.

HUNDRED-ACRE FOREST ON ¼ OF THE LAND
To understand where they came from, you need to pay attention to the time and circumstances in which Winnie the Pooh was created.

It was a difficult era for the world as a whole, and for the British Empire in particular. On the one hand, following the First World War, its territory—incorporating former German colonies and Ottoman provinces—expanded to its maximum, occupying a quarter of the world's landmass.

On the other hand, Ireland almost immediately seceded from Great Britain after a fierce battle. The mother country was also in turmoil: unemployment, strikes, a crisis of traditional values, a "lost generation," and political radicalization.

During the Great War, Milne served in the secret British military propaganda department MI7b, where he wrote articles, pamphlets and materials aimed at raising morale within the country and shaping public opinion.

And so this recent professional propagandist presents his Hundred Acre Wood—a small, cozy world where the shocks of the terrifying outside world are completely unnoticeable. An ideal model of a British colony.

In reality, British colonialism gave rise to such phenomena as the Amritsar massacre—the shooting of a peaceful protester in Punjab, India; the famine in British India (with tens of millions of victims); the Boer War; concentration camps; the Mau Mau uprising in Kenya and its bloody suppression. And these are just a few examples. At first glance, it's impossible to imagine anything like this in the Hundred Acre Wood.

Milne's Christopher Robin, of course, embodies the metropolis. The only man in the Hundred Acre Wood and the de facto owner of its inhabitants, he wields power over them, but rarely exercises it. This corresponds to the central myth of imperial ideology: interference in colonial affairs is minimal and always for the benefit of the natives.

Christopher Robin is mostly busy with various useful imperial affairs: mastering sciences, issuing non-negotiable laws (“Christopher Robin said it was ‘A’, so it will be ‘A’”) or visiting his other possessions (for example, in one chapter he spent the whole morning “traveling to Africa and back”).

Tellingly, Christopher Robin rarely shares his plans with the ordinary residents of the Hundred Acre Wood. He occasionally involves them in his own larger projects, such as an expedition to the North Pole. Only before parting does he reveal a little of the truth, telling them about kings and queens, Europe, and the goods of Brazil.

Winnie-the-Pooh, in turn, is a colonized subject. A lout of modest intelligence, whose speech is full of errors, whose desires are limited to food, and whose behavior is instinctive, good-natured but incapable of reflection and planning. In other words, he's the typical aborigine.

His image is complemented by Piglet, who embodies the colonial fantasy of a small people who cannot exist without the empire's protection. Generally rather useless, but sweet and defenseless, he constantly needs supervision and care, which reinforces his subordinate position.

Eeyore embodies the collective trauma of the colony's subjugated population: he realizes that he was once whole, but at some point lost a part of himself. And yet, he humbly accepts this, showing no resistance—except for the caustic sarcasm in his remarks.

Eeyore's antithesis—the wild, energetic, and chaotic Tigger—serves as a metaphor for an as-yet-unconquered tribe that needs to be civilized, taught good manners (not to wrap itself in tablecloths) and found a suitable place in the system. A separate chapter of the Winnie-the-Pooh book is devoted to this.

Finally, Rabbit, due to his rudimentary intelligence, serves as the local colonial administrator: he's entrusted with governance, but he's still subservient to Christopher Robin. "Christopher Robin relies only on me. He loves Pooh, of course, and Piglet, and Eeyore, and so do I, but they're all just brains full of sawdust."

WINNIE THE POOH AND THE DICTATORSHIP OF THE PROLETARIAT
Any character or story by Milne could be interpreted in a similar way, but we don't have that goal right now. The above is an example of what those respectable adults who dedicate scholarly works to "Winnie the Pooh" find in it. And quite a large number, at that.

It all started as a joke, though: in 1963, British literary scholar Frederick Crews published a collection of essays, "The Riddle of Winnie-the-Pooh," which analyzed the book about the bear cub from various schools of thought. Each essay was written by a fictitious author and was a subtle parody.

For example, a certain Martin Tempralis, in his article "Proletarian Fables of a Bourgeois Writer," argued that the Winnie-the-Pooh stories were nothing more than revolutionary hymns inspiring the proletariat to revolt against capitalist exploiters (represented by Rabbit, of course). And everything else was in the same vein.

However, literary studies is such a strange subject that it can be very difficult to distinguish scholarly analysis from parody, and many took "The Riddle of Winnie the Pooh" seriously. Later, other similar articles began to appear, in which the theme of colonial subtext emerged as a distinct topic.

"A TOOL OF WHITE SUPREMACY"
In 2021, the book "Positioning Pooh: Edward Bear 100 Years Later" was published. It was similar in concept to "The Mystery of Winnie the Pooh." The only difference was that it was no longer a parody, and the authors of the articles contained therein were all real people with academic degrees.

Among these authors is Sarah Jackson, who earned her PhD in anthropology at Harvard and now teaches at the University of Colorado. In her article, "Brains and Sawdust: Classification, Colonialism, and Childhood in A.A. Milne's Winnie-the-Pooh Books," she explores how characters use the rhetoric of classification to establish hierarchy and control over their environments, reproducing colonial logic.

According to Jackson, Christopher Robin and Rabbit act as organizers of space and hierarchies, projecting imperial models of control and classification onto the inhabitants of the forest. The Hundred Acre Wood, meanwhile, becomes a microcosm where scenarios of mapping and power-building are played out.

As one might expect, such scientific interpretations have become more widespread in recent years, against the backdrop of the renewed struggle against colonialism in the West, and colonial optics have become a generally accepted theoretical approach to the study of Winnie the Pooh.

In July of this year, Hollins University in Virginia hosted a symposium entitled "The Pleasures and Challenges of Winnie the Pooh," which included a paper titled "Eating Winnie the Pooh: Recipes for the Innocence of White Childhood."

Speaker Donna Varga, professor of children and youth studies at Mount Saint Vincent University, opened the audience's eyes to how "white-oriented children's literature continues to be a tool of white supremacy." And she, one would imagine, received a standing ovation.

And in her book Children of Empire: Empire and Imperialism in Classic British Children's Books, State University of New York English professor Daphne Katzer examines the characters in Winnie the Pooh as personifications of individual British colonies: Australia (Kanga and Roo), Africa (Tiger), and Canada (Winnie the Pooh).

The list of works devoted to the colonialism of "Winnie-the-Pooh" could go on and on, but their essence should probably be clear by now. They all boil down to one thing: "Winnie-the-Pooh" is not just an innocent children's story, but a text deeply rooted in the imperial ideology of early 20th-century Britain.

In light of this, the recent news is telling: to commemorate Winnie-the-Pooh's 100th anniversary, the British Royal Mail released a set of stamps featuring Ernest Shepard's original illustrations alongside Disney-style images. This equates British cultural heritage with American corporate reworking.

This is a clear manifestation of the latest generation of colonial policy: an American corporation has "globalized" Winnie-the-Pooh, stripped him of his British identity, and sold him back to Britain as a global brand. Metropolis and colony have swapped places.

It's important to make a disclaimer here: none of this has any relation to the "Winnie the Pooh" known and loved by Russian-speaking readers and viewers. The Soviet "Winnie the Pooh"—as retold by Boris Zakhoder and animated by Fyodor Khitruk —is a completely different, independent work, with a different cultural code. Our Winnie the Pooh remains a free bear who loves honey and who loves making up chants and shrieks. Because Boris Zakhoder didn't appropriate Milne's creations, but reinvented them, placing new characters in a completely different space, one where no one is subservient to anyone else and no one colonizes anyone else.

We Are In A Cold Civil War ‐ And We Refuse To See It
[American Thinker] There are many ways to wage war. Today, these non-traditional forms of warfare are commonly referred to as hybrid warfare, which includes non-military means such as civilian operations. Spain has just been subjected to an attack of this nature in the city of Ceuta: a civilian invasion sponsored, encouraged, ordered, and directed by Moroccan intelligence services.

But it does not take such obvious attacks to prove that a state of war exists. A cold civil war is already underway throughout the Western democracies. It is not being fought with trenches and rifles, but through institutions, culture, demographics, courts, the media, and the ballot box. The Left — in Europe and the United States — has abandoned the boundaries of the moderate social democracy of three decades ago and now operates according to a logic of total power. It does not seek to persuade within liberal rules; it seeks to transform society until the inherited order becomes unrecognizable. Those who fail to see this will continue losing, election after election, reform after reform, border after border.

Thirty years ago, European socialist parties and the American Democrat party accepted, with certain qualifications, the liberal framework: markets, individual rights, peaceful alternation in power, and a degree of cultural restraint. Today, that restraint has evaporated. Driven by parties further to their left and by an ideologized base — every right-wing government has, for decades, left education in the hands of the Left, which knew exactly what it was doing, because controlling education means controlling the future — European socialist parties have become aggressively interventionist, woke, and hostile to any firm defense of cultural or demographic sovereignty. The Democrat party has followed a parallel path.

Bernie Sanders and Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez are not marginal figures. They represent a current that has shifted the party’s center of gravity toward the most extreme forms of radicalism. Today, their political programs are virtually communist.

Under the Biden administration, agencies such as USAID illustrated the extent to which this agenda was translated into actual policy: funding directed toward gender ideology, diversity, and progressive projects that had little to do with the national interest or neutral humanitarian assistance. This included funding left-wing activist groups throughout the world, including in the United States itself, movements close to terrorist groups, and all manner of enemies of the United States. USAID’s funding of these movements is not merely an anecdote about the misuse of public money; it reveals the real policy of a government beneath its official rhetoric and its more visible policy programs.

If one looks at what USAID did with citizens’ money, only one conclusion can be drawn: the United States government acted against its own country and its own population, in an evident act of betrayal. Those who made it possible should not merely be judged for the mismanagement of public funds, but for treason.

The more than possible electoral fraud of 2020, the repeated attempts on Trump’s life before the elections, and the assassination of Charlie Kirk — none of which could have been carried out without the complicity of elements of the deep state — provide yet more unmistakable evidence of the cold civil war that so many people refuse to see. The aggression always comes from the same side, and so do the victims.

‘Big Bang Theory' Producer Chuck Lorre: A Society that Abandons God will Turn to Communism
[Breitbart] Hollywood producer Chuck Lorre — known for being behind popular sh0ws like The Big Bang Theory and Two and a Half Men — said societies that abandon God end up turning toward tyranny.

"When civilizations or cultures took God out of the picture, they replaced it with a Communist party, with a fascist dictator," Lorre said during his appearance on Tuesday’s episode of The Joe Rogan Experience.

"It’s the same idea: ’Organize around me. It doesn’t matter if I’m right or not, organize around me.’ And people will," the producer warned. "And if you take that away from them, they get angry."

"It freaks them out," Lorre added. "Because it’s like the tent pole. That tent pole moves, the tent comes down and everything, you know, if you believe that this is the truth and someone says, ’No, it’s not. It’s bullshit,’ everything else you believe is in fair play. Everything."

Olde Tyme Religion
The Fourth Portion. At key moments in history, Russia turns to the Mother of God
Direct Translation via Google Translate. Edited
by Nikolai Salatsky

[Regnum] On October 14, the Russian Orthodox Church celebrates the Feast of the Protection of the Holy Mother of God, one of the great holidays deeply rooted in the national consciousness.

On this day, millions of believers turn to the Mother of God with prayers for protection and assistance. For Russia, the image of the Mother of God has long been associated with decisive moments in history, and she is seen as the country's patroness.

The celebration is based on a church legend about an event that took place in the 10th century in Constantinople. During an all-night vigil at the Blachernae Church, Saint Andrew the Fool-for-Christ and his disciple Epiphanius saw an apparition of the Mother of God. She prayed and then spread her omophorion—her head covering—over the people. This became a sign of intercession and protection for the city from enemies. The siege was soon lifted.

Although this event took place in Byzantium, this great holiday is common to the entire Orthodox world. In Rus', it gained particular popularity and deep popular understanding.

Its establishment is associated with the holy Prince Andrei Bogolyubsky in the 12th century. The prince venerated Andrew the Fool-for-Christ and promoted the image of the outstretched omophorion as a symbol of mercy and protection for the entire Russian land. Churches began to be built in honor of the Intercession—one of the oldest is the Church of the Intercession on the Nerl, built by order of the prince.

"In the history of our homeland, we can see many such legends and stories, where the intercession of the Mother of God saved from the enemy," says Monk Cyprian, born Valery Anatolyevich Burkov. A combat officer and pilot who fought in the war in Afghanistan and survived a serious injury, he was one of the last to receive the USSR's highest award: in 1991, Colonel Burkov was awarded the title Hero of the Soviet Union.

In 2016, he – by then a well-known public figure – took monastic vows and took the name Cyprian.

The monk reminds us that in difficult times for our country, not only monks and secular clergy, but also the whole of society—and its defenders—offered prayers to the intercessor.

"There is a special place in our land—the Holy Trinity Seraphim-Diveyevo Monastery. Diveyevo is the fourth earthly domain of the Most Holy Theotokos. She chose it herself, and it is a place of her special protection," says Father Cyprian.

It is no coincidence that Orthodox Christians throughout the centuries have turned to the Most Holy Theotokos in joy and sorrow, and especially in moments of mortal danger.

Long before the founding of the Diveyevo Monastery, the Mother of the Savior never abandoned her protection of Russia. Father Cyprian cites the testimony of chroniclers: in 1395, when Tamerlane's army threatened Moscow, people gathered before the Vladimir Icon and "with one voice" addressed the Mother of God. A majestic woman appeared to the conqueror in a dream and commanded him to abandon the Russian land, and the army turned back.

In 1612, the people's militia of Minin and Pozharsky, carrying the Kazan Icon of the Mother of God, marched to liberate Moscow from the Polish-Lithuanian invaders and achieved success. The Russian state, on the brink of extinction, was saved and reborn after the Time of Troubles.

The holy intercessor has performed her miracles in recent times as well.

During the "storm of 1812," before the decisive Battle of Borodino, " the Smolensk Icon of the Mother of God was carried through the ranks of the Russian troops," noted the monk Cyprian. The enemy, hoping to dictate from the captured Moscow, failed to hold its capital: in 1814, the Russians were in Paris.

From the first days of the Great Patriotic War, despite the officially declared atheistic policy, the church prayed to the Queen of Heaven, asking for the protection of soldiers and victory over the enemy.

“Stories from participants in the Great Patriotic War about the appearance of the Mother of God during the Battle of Kursk have also been preserved,” says monk Cyprian.

"Even today, people speak of the extraordinary help of the Queen of Heaven," the priest notes. " Let's recall the Budyonnovsk tragedy of 1995. There are surviving accounts of an apparition of the Mother of God during the terrorist takeover of the hospital. In 2008, during the fighting in Tskhinvali, local residents also reported seeing the Mother of God protecting the city and its residents."

The monk recalled the words of the great military leader and deeply religious Christian Alexander Suvorov. While crossing the Alps, the troops found themselves in an extremely difficult situation, practically surrounded by the enemy.

“At a military council, the commander addressed his generals, explained the full danger of the situation, and then said: ‘But we are Russians, God is with us,’” Father Cyprian gave an example.

He also shared his personal “Afghan” experience.

"Here we go, seemingly at war, stern men, armed men who face death every day. And suddenly they turn to the Mother of God, to a woman, for help. Why? I myself went through Afghanistan, then spent long periods in hospitals, and I know that in the most difficult moments, we always remembered our mothers. We even called out to them, wept, turning to them," the monk said.

Speaking about current events, Cyprian addressed his wishes to the military personnel and to all who support them.

"And today, as our boys carry out combat missions in the special military operation zone, we pray for them, asking the Queen of Heaven to spare their lives, strengthen their spirit, help them overcome all trials, and return home. I wish our soldiers fortitude, courage, God's help, and a safe return home. And for all of us, remember to pray for them, help their families, support the wounded, and care for those who have lost loved ones."
