Maj. Gen. Abubakr al-Jabouli, commander of the Tur al-Bahah Axis and the 4th Mountain Infantry Brigade, continued field visits to frontline positions in southern Taiz on Monday.
The visits covered positions stretching from Bani Omar and Jarad to the outskirts of Al-Wazi'iyah district, including the Rasin and Al-Alqamah fronts near the border with Al-Mudharabah district in Lahj.
During his visit to the Rasin-Al-Alqamah front, al-Jabouli received a briefing on the military situation and developments within the sector. He praised the troops for maintaining their positions and said forces were continuing their assigned duties against the Houthis.
Al-Jabouli said Tur al-Bahah Axis forces remained at a high level of combat readiness and were prepared to respond to developments along the front. He also claimed that Houthi forces had suffered heavy losses during recent clashes and military operations in the area. He called for increased vigilance, operational discipline and continued readiness.

This week, Mexico’s top security official, Omar García Harfuch, announced the deployment of 1,800 troops, including 1,000 Mexican Navy infantrymen, to the port city of Mazatlán, aimed at increasing presence there and in the state capital of Culiacán.

The move comes as Mazatlán continues to see a high number of murders each day as two main factions of the Sinaloa Cartel –Los Chapitos and La Mayiza continue to fight for control.
On Monday, Mazatlán saw numerous killings, including the murder of a U.S. citizen who was outside of a seafood restaurant.
As Breitbart Texas reported, the violence in Sinaloa is linked to an ongoing turf war between two factions that began when Los Chapitos kidnapped Ismael “El Mayo” Zambada and flew him to Texas into the waiting hands of U.S. agents. That perceived betrayal created a rift between El Mayo’s family and Los Chapitos.
In the two years since the fighting started, Sinaloa has seen more than 3,100 murders and at least 5,000 forced disappearances, according to statistics from law enforcement and human rights groups; however, the true number is expected to be much higher.

[PJMedia] With a name like Jonathan Hunter Kramer, he certainly would not fit the image of an ISIS fighter. But in the U.S., it might have helped him fly under the radar of the authorities. But it seems that’s not the route Kramer wanted to take, and so federal law enforcement officials say Kramer decided to go by the name "Hamza Al Rashid." The 21-year-old was just arrested on Saturday, September 12, and charged with receiving a firearm and ammo in support of a terrorist organization, namely ISIS.
Kramer is listed as living in Valencia, Pa., which is about a 15-minute drive from the Butler Farm Show grounds where candidate Donald Trump ...They hit him with slander, they impeached him twice. Nancy Pelosi tore up his State of the Union address on national TV. They stole an election and put his adherents in jail. They vilified him. They couldn't crucify him, so they shot him. Still, they can't keep him down... was shot at a campaign rally on July 13, 2024. This is unusual as Butler County is one of the more red counties in the country.
According to the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ), Kramer is now charged with intent to use a firearm to commit a felony or the crime of terrorism, which includes providing, attempting to provide, and conspiring to provide material in support of a terrorist organization, among other charges.
In a statement, the DOJ said, "FBI agents interdicted Kramer this weekend as he returned to a hotel in possession of three 30-round capacity rifle magazines and five boxes of rifle ammunition. The FBI then executed search warrants, seized a semiautomatic rifle and ammunition from his hotel room, and arrested him."
FBI Director Kash Patel added, "The subject in this case was allegedly plotting a violent mostly peaceful attack in support of ISIS — engaging with ISIS propaganda online, building attack concepts, and repeatedly expressing holy warrior rhetoric — all while acquiring weapons believed to be in preparation of the attack."
In the DOJ’s criminal complaint in the case, it indicates that Kramer already had a rifle in his possession, along with 190 rounds of ammunition.
An affidavit that was filed with the criminal complaint revealed that Kramer has been on the FBI’s radar since 2023, when, as a minor, he was charged and "adjudicated delinquent by Pennsylvania state authorities for his role in a plot to commit a mass casualty incident and for possessing child sexual abuse material."
According to the DOJ, on March 19 of this year, after his release from a juvenile detention facility, the FBI received an anonymous tip that Kramer’s behavior was "troubling." The tipster said that Kramer was ordering "mysterious" packages and "talking to his friends from before" he had been incarcerated.
In its statement, the DOJ said, "Subsequent investigation confirmed that Kramer had been using the online persona of ’Hamza Al Rashid’ who claimed affiliation with ISIS, offered to share explosive manuals with others, and expressed his intent to prepare for his ’mission’ and that he was just missing a ’weapon.’"
On Saturday, the day after the nation marked the 25th anniversary of the 9/11 terrorist attacks on the American homeland, the FBI’s surveillance detail watched Kramer leave his home while carrying a bag and taking a rideshare to a local store where he bought a disposable phone.
The FBI reported that he left that store and then met up with someone in the store’s parking lot. That’s where the DOJ says he obtained a "long black bag from the trunk of a vehicle."
From there, the DOJ says that the FBI followed Kramer to a nearby hotel in Cranberry Township, Pa., where the feds say Kramer paid cash for a room.
"Witnesses from both the store and hotel noted Kramer’s bag making a metallic clicking sound when he placed it down," said the DOJ. "After checking into his room, Kramer traveled to a sporting goods store and was observed by the FBI at the gun counter."
The FBI lay in wait at Kramer’s hotel, and upon his return, they met him in the hotel parking lot where they say he was carrying two bags that the FBI then seized. In the end, the FBI reported that it confiscated a semiautomatic rifle, five rifle magazines, two of which were already loaded, a rifle bipod and scope, a prayer rug, and about 30 knives.
Along with all of this, the FBI reported that it found "a handwritten note stating ’DoNt look For me[.] IDK what I did buT I cant live In constant Fear[.]’"
Kramer has been arraigned in federal court, and the DOJ has requested that he be held without bond prior to trial on the assertion that he is a danger to the community.

Jonathan Hunter Kramer, 21, was charged with firearm- and terrorism-related offenses in the Western District of Pennsylvania federal court.
An FBI agent with the Joint Terrorism Task Force said in a criminal complaint that law enforcement had first received an anonymous tip in 2023 about a Telegram group administrator, using the moniker "Nikolas Cruz," who was posting threats online and sharing documents about assembling explosives and boom-mobiles.
Investigators determined that Kramer, who also used the pseudonym on Discord, was behind the "Nikolas Cruz" account. A mass shooter named Nikolas Cruz carried out the Parkland high school shooting in 2018.
While investigating the Discord account in 2023, Sherlocks found that Kramer allegedly solicited child sexual abuse material from a 14-year-old in Germany.
The FBI searched the home of Kramer’s parents, where he lived, in Valencia, Pennsylvania, near Pittsburgh. Investigators found a recording of Kramer pledging allegiance to ISIS on a laptop.
Kramer, a juvenile at the time, was charged in state court with plotting a mass casualty incident and possessing child sexual abuse material. He was sentenced to a juvenile treatment program that ended in March.
Shortly after, the FBI received a tip that Kramer had unrestricted internet access, had been ordering "mysterious" packages and was in contact with "his friends from before," when he had been charged with terrorism.
The FBI had Kramer’s usernames from the 2023 investigation, including the Reddit accounts "ILoveGayRobloxPorn and "i_love-femboys6969," and connected the accounts to Kramer’s address.
Using those accounts and a third username, "slopdestroyer," Kramer allegedly posted ISIS and Hamas propaganda on Reddit. One of the videos showed anime-style Hamas turbans alongside the text "Stop watching Haram Paleostine needs you."
Investigators traced Kramer’s IP address to an Amazon account that had ordered pepper spray and knives.
Another tip, from the SITE Intelligence Group, pointed the FBI to a user on the SimpleX messaging platform using the name "Hamza Al Rashid" that Sherlocks connected to Kramer.
Kramer allegedly discussed attacks against "kuffar," or "disbelievers," with other users, including by using arson, poison, vehicular ramming, explosive-laden drones and shootings.
In May, Kramer allegedly told another user that he was "trying to find ways to synthesize" poisons or a "deadly chemical."
"I wish to inject ricin or cyanide into places such as grocery stores inside water/food with a syringe, or going to food events, preferably synagogues and putting the chemicals in their food and drink," he said. "I believe poison is a very good way to wage war against the kuffar."
"I just need a weapon and as soon as I have that I am ready," he said.
An FBI confidential source connected with Kramer on SimpleX, an encrypted messaging platform. Kramer told the source that he was attempting to carry out a terror attack but was unable to legally purchase firearms due to his previous arrest.
Investigators found that Kramer was attempting to buy firearms from individuals online and began to monitor his movements.
Kramer, who does not have a driver’s license, took an Uber to a Walmart, where he bought a disposable phone and obtained what appeared to be a bag with a firearm from an individual in a parking lot.
Kramer took an Uber to a hotel and paid for a room in cash, then went to a store to buy ammunition. FBI agents confronted Kramer and searched the room and Kramer’s bags, finding five 30-round rifle magazines, 190 rounds of 5.56 caliber ammunition, a semiautomatic rifle, a bipod, a rifle scope, a prayer rug, pepper spray and Faraday bags, which are used to block signals to devices like phones.
At Kramer’s home, Sherlocks found 30 knives and a note that said, "Don’t look for me. [I don’t know] what I did but I can’t live in constant fear."
The criminal complaint, filed on Sunday, did not name any specific targets for Kramer’s plots.
Law enforcement in the US has repeatedly thwarted attempted terror attacks on Jewish targets in recent years, including at least one other case involving poison.

The Baghdad Diplomatic Support Compound, located near Baghdad International Airport, "suffered extensive damage, but the facility was already in the process of closing," the report said, noting that Iraq accounted for the vast majority of diplomatic facility damage costs globally, with estimated losses of $157.35 million out of a total $184 million across four countries.

According to the Lead Inspector General's report, the ongoing military campaign against Iran has cost at least $33.4 billion as of late June, though officials warned the true cost remains difficult to calculate and is likely to rise.
The single largest expense was munitions, at $22.3 billion. Equipment losses accounted for a further $3.7 billion in destroyed or written-off hardware, while incremental operational costs totalled $7.4 billion. The $33.4 billion baseline figure "did not include costs for infrastructure repairs," the report noted.
Moreover, the campaign saw four F-15E Strike Eagles and one A-10 Thunderbolt destroyed, along with seven KC-135 aerial refueling aircraft damaged or destroyed. An F-35A stealth fighter sustained damage from enemy fire over Iran. Seven helicopters and as many as 30 MQ-9 drones were also lost.
The report further pointed to "the absence of a dedicated appropriation" for Operation Epic Fury, noting that the Department of War had instead drawn on base budget funds otherwise earmarked for training and maintenance.
Additionally, intercepting more than 6,000 one-way attack drones and 1,500 ballistic missiles fired by Iran and its affiliated gangs severely drew down US defense stockpiles, the report found, exposing bottlenecks in solid rocket motors, high-grade explosives, and skilled manufacturing labor that would require "significant lead time" to address.

Police and the Shin Bet announced on Tuesday the recent arrest of a 19-year-old from the central Arab town of Kafr Qasim on suspicion of planning a terror attack.
The suspect, Mustafa Issa, was "greatly influenced" by the Hamas ..a regional Iranian catspaw,... -led onslaught of October 7, 2023, and by the violence in mixed Jewish-Arab cities in May 2021, the security agencies said in a joint statement.
He had searched online for instructions on warfare and explosives, and made several attempts to produce an explosive, according to the statement.
According to Channel 12 news, Issa is suspected of wanting to target a server farm belonging to the Amdocs software company, and planned to gain access to the complex as part of his role as a volunteer firefighter.
When he was arrested, Issa had in his possession "a lot of training equipment" as well as Airsoft guns, the statement said.
In July, four Israeli citizens from the Bedouin town of Segev Shalom were arrested and indicted over plans to carry out various terror-related activities, including a mass shooting attack at Beersheba’s central bus station.
In June, an Arab Israeli terrorist opened fire on people at a gas station near Kochav Ya’ir in central Israel and outside the communities of Tzur Yitzhak and Tzur Natan. A civil defense squad member was killed and five were maimed.

The Israel Defense Forces shot and killed a Paleostinian man during a raid in the West Bank on Tuesday, Paleostinian health officials said, while the army said the man had tried to grab a soldier’s weapon.
The Paleostinian Authority Health Ministry said that Ziad Jaber, 54, was rubbed out by IDF troops in al-Bireh, near Ramallah.
The IDF said that during counterterrorism operational activity, the man "attempted to grab the weapon of one of the soldiers" and was shot.
The Paleostine Red Islamic Thingy Society said crews treated someone who sustained "a critical live-fire gunshot wound to the abdomen and thigh" during a military raid in the Umm al-Sharayet neighborhood.
Jaber’s brother, Ramadan Mohammad Jaber, told AFP that the military raided his home at around 4 a.m. (0100 GMT) after blowing up the front door.
He said soldiers handcuffed him and held him with his daughter in a room before arresting his son.
That’s one way to keep the girl from from running between men with guns — Papa should be grateful that they joined him in protecting her.
He added that soldiers had also blown up the door of the adjacent apartment where his brother lived.
"I heard him screaming but I did not hear the sound of gunfire," he said, adding that his brother "was left bleeding in the apartment for about an hour and a half before the army allowed ambulance crews to take him to the hospital."
A spokesperson for the Paleostinian health ministry confirmed that Jaber was pronounced dead on arrival at hospital.

More than 1,100 Paleostinians have been killed in the West Bank by Israeli forces or settlers since the war started, according to the PA health ministry. The Israel Defense Forces and Shin Bet confirmed late Tuesday that Nael Abu Obeid, who commanded Hamas’s Rafah Brigade and headed its operations division, was among those killed, describing him as "central figure" in the terror group.
In the past two weeks alone, some 25 terror operatives were killed in Israeli strikes in the Strip, including at least 10 commanders in Hamas’s elite Nukhba Force, according to the military.
According to a joint IDF and Shin Bet statement, Abu Obeid took over the role of Rafah Brigade commander following the killing of the brigade’s previous chief, Muhammad Shabana, on May 13, 2025, in a strike that also killed Hamas leader Mohammad Sinwar. As Rafah Brigade chief, the military said, Abu Obeid worked to rebuild Hamas’s capabilities and advance attacks on Israel.
The IDF and Shin Bet did not specify where Abu Obeid was targeted on Tuesday. Paleostinian media outlets affiliated with Hamas, reported that two people, including an 8-year-old girl, were killed and 14 others maimed in a strike in southern Gaza’s Khan Younis.
"No terrorist is immune and Hamas won’t be in Gaza," said both Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Defense Minister Israel Katz.
The IDF had earlier told The Times of Israel that a Tuesday strike on Gaza City’s Sheikh Radwan neighborhood targeted a terror operative in the area, and said further details would be provided later.
Paleostinian media in the Strip reported that two were killed in the strike, including a child identified as Muhammad al-Zinati; his age was not specified.
The reports said that seven others were maimed in the strike.
Witnesses said additional casualties resulted from a second strike that hit near a group of people who rushed to help in the rescue. An unverified video published by Paleostinian media showed a missile exploding near at least five men.
The IDF also announced Tuesday that it had killed two senior Hamas commanders in strikes the day before, as well as a member of the terror group’s weapons production unit. One of the commanders was identified as Ahmad al-Batash. The other senior Hamas commander was identified by the IDF as Rafat Abu Zamar, a company commander in the terror group’s operations division. According to the army, Abu Zamar led training for snuffies ahead of the October 7 onslaught, and recently was involved in training operatives and developing Hamas’s capabilities.
A separate strike in Gaza City on Monday killed Muhammad Khader Fahmi Aghour, identified by the IDF as a member of Hamas involved in the production of weapons.
