Iran kept up the pressure on the energy infrastructure of its Gulf Arab neighbors, hitting an oil facility in Fujairah, a UAE emirate on the country’s east coast with the Gulf of Oman that has been repeatedly targeted. State-run WAM news reported that no one had been injured in the blast from the dronezap.
The man killed by falling debris from an intercepted missile was the eighth person to die in the UAE since the start of the war, authorities said.

Cluster bombs aimed at civilian areas are terror weapons and outlawed per the Convention on Cluster Munitions.
Iran did not sign on to this treaty and neither did Israel or the USA.
However, Iran has obviously been making this type of weapon and using it. About a dozen missiles with cluster bombs have been fired at Israel. Only one was, apparently, at a military target.

Hezbollah launched a barrage of dozens of rockets at northern Israel and the northern West Bank Tuesday evening, one of which hit a home in the city of Karmiel, though nobody was hurt.
The attack came hours after the Israel Defense Forces warned of a planned major barrage, with the military carrying out multiple waves of Arclight airstrike ...KABOOM!... s before, during and after the launches to minimize the scale and further degrade the Lebanese terror group.
Sirens had sounded, in several waves, across the Galilee, near Kiryat Shmona, near Haifa, near Hadera and in several northern West Bank settlements amid the attack.
Many of the rockets were likely intercepted by air defenses and others struck open areas, according to military assessments.
But rescue services and local authorities said one rocket had directly hit the Karmiel home, causing considerable damage.
Karmiel Mayor Moshe Koninsky visited the damaged home, saying in a video statement that three people had been in its safe room and therefore weren’t hurt, and stressing the importance of adhering to Home Front Command instructions.
Some additional damage was caused by falling fragments of intercepted rockets, according to rescue services.

Throughout Tuesday and especially ahead of and after the barrage, the IDF released multiple statements saying it had struck Hezbollah rocket launchers, rocket-launching squads and other targets in various parts of Lebanon, as well as command centers and other sites in Beirut.
Some of the strikes were intended to thwart additional fire toward Israel, the IDF said. In some cases, the operatives and rocket launchers were hit before they could fire at Israel, and others were struck shortly after they did.
Later Tuesday, the IDF issued an evacuation warning for the coastal Lebanese city of Tyre and surrounding villages and refugee camps, ahead of further strikes on Hezbollah.
"Hezbollah’s terrorist activities are forcing the IDF to act against it with force. The IDF does not intend to harm you," said front man Col. Avichay Adraee in a post on X. Watched the launch sites being constructed. Housed Chinese "Silkworm" anti-ship missiles back then, don't know what's in them now. I KNOW the US knows where every one of those launch sites are.
Won't fill with sea water - they're dug into the cliffs along the Straits. Iran's defensive capabilities have been taken out, most of their offensive capabilities destroyed, and now the second-tier capabilities are being smashed. I had friends in Iran: I have no sympathy for the current regime or any of its henchmen. Killing them all would be a blessing for the entire world.

Larijani, the secretary of Iran’s National Security Council, was targeted in a strike carried out by Israeli Air Force fighter jets while at a hideout apartment in the capital, Tehran.

Larijani hails from one of Iran’s most famous political families. A former parliamentary speaker and senior policy adviser, he was appointed to advise the senior Khamenei on strategy in nuclear talks with the Trump administration.
He was sanctioned by the US Treasury in January as Tehran violently suppressed nationwide protests. It identified him as being “responsible for coordinating the response to the protests on behalf of the supreme leader of Iran.”
“Larijani was one of the first Iranian leaders to call for violence in response to the legitimate demands of the Iranian people,” the US Treasury said at the time.
The nationwide protests in January and the violent crackdown that followed killed thousands and saw tens of thousands detained.
His death marked another in a series of severe blows to the leadership of the Islamic Republic, whose losses until now have included 86-year-old Khamenei, IRGC head Mohammad Pakpour, and top security adviser Ali Shamkhani, among others.
The IDF estimated last week that between 4,000 and 5,000 Iranian soldiers and commanders have been killed in Israeli strikes in Iran since the start of the war.
Separately, the military said on Tuesday that a recent airstrike in Iran had targeted top Palestinian Islamic Jihad leader Akram al-Ajouri and other top officials in the terror group.
Al-Ajouri is believed to have been killed in the Wednesday strike, but the military said it was still working to confirm this.
IDF Chief of Staff Lt. Gen. Eyal Zamir alluded both to al-Ajouri and to the strikes targeting Larijani and Soleimani in remarks during an assessment on Tuesday morning.
“Significant elimination achievements were also recorded overnight, with the potential to impact the campaign’s achievements and the IDF’s mission,” Zamir said. “This is in addition to eliminations carried out in recent days in Iran against external elements, also linked to the Palestinian arena.”
He said that the “senior operatives involved in terrorist activity from Gaza and from Judea and Samaria (West Bank)” were hiding in a safe house in Tehran when they were struck.
