#2 Unfortunately for Herridge the behavior of journalists the last 40+ years have destroyed the notion that journalists are due any sort of respect or protections or special considerations.

Hopefully she backed up her notes to a few reputable law firms.

Her files probably had already been survielled by the DS and were removed to protect itself.
