Some treat anyone blocking the street as a potential CarJacker.

Some have a canister or 2 of Bear Mace in each vehicle.

Before buying ~~Bear~~ Crowd control Mace make sure it is MULTI-USE (Multi-shot) as some are not.

For those unfamiliar with such products, the Oklahoma Department of Wildlife Conservation offers some advice:
Listen,
bear spray DOES NOT work like bug spray.
