'Special' service: Declassified Guantanamo court filing suggests some 9/11 hijackers were CIA agents
[RT] An explosive court filing from the Guantanamo Military Commission — a court considering the cases of defendants accused of carrying out the "9/11" terrorist attacks on New York — has seemingly confirmed the unthinkable.
"Unthinkable" to some possibly.
The document was originally published via a Guantanamo Bay court docket, but while public, it was completely redacted. Independent researchers obtained an unexpurgated copy. It is an account by the Commission’s lead investigator, DEA veteran Don Canestraro, of his personal probe of potential Saudi government involvement in the 9/11 attacks, conducted at the request of the defendants’ lawyers.

Two of the hijackers were being closely monitored by the CIA and may, wittingly or not, have been recruited by Langley long before they flew planes into the World Trade Center buildings.
Tamerlan Tsarnaev or Dzhokhar Tsarnaev to the white courtesy phone please. Tamerlan or Dzhokhar Tsarnaev.

#1  "Unsubstantiated reports"

White House spokesman Josh Earnest stressed Friday that the pages, which were originally part of the 858-page “Joint Inquiry into the Terrorist Attacks of September 11, 2001,” reveal no evidence that the Saudi government funded Al Qaeda’s plot.

CIA director John Brennan said in May that the leads were based on unsubstantiated reports. The FBI investigated, he said, and did not find evidence that Saudi officials knew about the 9/11 plot or that Saudi government funds reached the hijackers.

#3  EPISODE #354
AIRED: 08-19-2018
A BREAKOUT SHOW!!! If you’ve hunted for 9/11 Truth, you must hear this new witness, Robert Alexander. Amazing and Critical 9/11 disclosures link Saudi Ambassador Prince Bandar and CIA Chief John Brennan with 9/11 Hijackers in January, 2000— 19 months before the 9/11 attack! In the second hour, Powerhouse guest Robert Alexander reveals the day that Saudi Prince Bandar and 9/11 Hijacker Al Hasmi showed up at his Military Supply store in San Diego. And guess who popped in afterwards?? None other than CIA Top Gun JOHN BRENNAN (who just got his Security Clearance pulled by President Trump)
Second bombshell: two weeks before 9/11, in August, 2001, Mohammed Atta and Al Hasmi violently attacked Robert Alexander in the Men’s Room at the Airport in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Guess who interviewed Robert Alexander FOUR Times AFTER 9/11 and threatened him to stay silent: CIA TOP GUN JAMES CLAPPER. Where, oh where is the FBI when you need them to show up??? Ask Robert Mueller!!! Final Question: Considering the timing of the 9/11 Families lawsuit against Saudi Arabia, is this new testimony tied to President Trump’s decision to pull John Brennan’s Security clearance?? And James Clapper’s change of heart to make nice with the Trump White House??? Answer: There’s no coincidence in the Intelligence Business.

One of the findings of the 9/11 commission was that (paraphrasing) "intelligence sharing within the intelligence community must be improved." We may now know what might have prompted the newfound "sharing" instructions.

Women Banned From Outdoor Restaurants in Afghanistan’s Herat Province

decided after receiving a complaint from the religious holy mans. The Religious holy mans complained that a crowd of men and women had been at such places.

While according to Afghan authorities, the curbs were imposed due to not wearing a headscarf (Hijab) and gender mixing.

So far, the ban only applies to restaurants with green spaces in Herat province.

Meanwhile,
...back at the pond, the enormous newt was trying to decide if Gloria was edible...
officials in Herat denied imposing restrictions for families and women in all restaurants, but saying that it only applies to those restaurants with green areas, such as parks, and eateries with green and garden spaces.

According to a deputy official, Baz Mohammad Nazir from the Ministry of Vice and Virtue’s directorate in Herat denied media allegations that all eateries were off-limits to families and women, characterizing them as misinformation, reported Fox News.

Since the return of the Taliban in August 2021, several restrictions have been imposed on women, including education, working with domestic and international institutions, gyms and open spaces.

Recently, the Taliban authorities banned Afghan female aid workers from working with the UN in the Nangarhar

The ban on women’s education and employment was confronted with massive criticism by regional and international organizations, and the suppressive policies of the Taliban were condemned.

However,

the restrictions for female aid workers working with the UN continue, including the ban on girls’ education beyond the sixth grade and university.

Somalia: Puntland Police Subtly Validate Claims of Terrorists Targeting Bosaso Businesses
[Garowe] Puntland
...a region in northeastern Somalia, centered on Garowe in the Nugaal province. Its leaders declared the territory an autonomous state in 1998. Puntland and the equally autonomous Somaliland seem to have avoided the clan rivalries and warlordism that have typified the rest of Somalia, which puts both places high on the list for Islamic subversion...
security agencies announced today that they had obtained information about the individual responsible for the recent terrorist attack at the al-Macaruf Company headquarters in Bosaso port city. The attack raised questions about the outgoing government's failure to ensure regional security.

Puntland Police Chief Brigadier General Mumin Abdi Shire attended a closed-door security meeting in the Bari Region to discuss the terror incident. The meeting was also attended by the governor of the Bari region, his deputy, the mayor of Bosaso, the commander of the Darwish force, the deputy minister of internal affairs, and other officials.

In a statement, the police said they had identified the person who orchestrated the terrorist act and vowed swift legal action. The name of the suspect and their affiliations have not been disclosed at this time.

The Puntland police urged business owners in the Bari region to closely cooperate with security agencies and share any information that threatens their lives or commerce. The security agencies also instructed businesses to change their internal security systems, such as updating security guards, installing CCTV cameras, and providing fire extinguishers.

The Bari regional Security team warned telecom providers that they would face legal action if their electronic money transfers do not follow legal processes or if they open accounts not in accordance with established rules.

The emergency meeting was held in response to a report published by Garowe Online, which disclosed that the ISIS-linked terrorist group had imposed heavy taxes on local businesses in Bosaso City. According to the report, most traders in Bosaso received calls from ISIS members demanding payment of what they called "taxes." The Islamic State

Death Eaters are known to collect large sums of money per month or year through threats and intimidation.

Some officials within Deni's administration launched a verbal attack on Garowe Online for revealing that Death Eaters were exerting more pressure on Bosaso's businesses. However,
some men learn by reading. A few learn by observation. The rest have to pee on the electric fence for themselves...
today's police statement confirmed the report's accuracy, further supporting the initial claims made by Garowe Online regarding the increased pressure on businesses in the region.

Ottoman Turkish media reported on Monday that 365 illegal migrants colonists who were recently deported from Turkey, 138 of them on Saturday and 277 of them on Sunday, arrived at Kabul from Aghra City by an Afghan plane.

Earlier in January, over 68290 Afghan nationals were deported from Turkey, out of 124,441 illegal immigrants colonists during the past year, said the General Directorate of Migration in Turkey.

Most Refugees flee the country due to the fear of prosecution, security threats, poor economic and unemployment.

Since the return of the Taliban
...Arabic for students...
to power, most Afghan refugees have immigrated to neighbouring countries, including Iran, Pakistain and Turkey, due to economic purposed or to flee from prosecution by the de facto regime.

Most Afghan immigrants colonists chose illegal entry, and after they arrived at their destination, after months of uncertainty, they must now live in fear of being forcibly deported and imprisoned.

Similarly, Iran

and Pakistain also deport Afghan refugees or put them in jail due to a lack of travel documents. Meanwhile,

Pakistain has imprisoned hundreds of Afghan refugees, including women and kiddies, and even the matter was viral on social media.

Pakistain and Iran have hosted millions of Afghans in recent decades.

Olde Tyme Religion
Story of ‘Islamophobic’ Attack on New Jersey Imam Takes a Surprising Twist
[PJMedia] It happened early on Sunday morning. The imam Sayed Elnakib was leading the pre-sunrise fajr prayer at Omar Mosque in South Paterson, N.J., when suddenly everything went tragically wrong. According to a Sunday CNN report, mosque spokesperson Abdul Hamdan recounted that in the middle of the prayers, a man “lunged forward with a knife and stabbed Imam Sayed multiple times – at least twice.” One of his lungs was punctured. The CNN story went on to speak about hate crimes and “anti-Muslim prejudices,” and the implication was clear: “Islamophobia” had come to South Paterson. It was a perfect story for the Left’s narrative — at least until the suspect was apprehended.

The story got big play in Pakistan, where what CNN implied was spelled out explicitly and insistently. The Pakistani publication The Current ran the headline: “Islamophobia? Imam stabbed while leading Fajr prayers in American mosque.” Another Pakistani news outlet, The News International, was far more certain, calling the attack “yet another Islamophobic incident.” Pakistan Observer went with “yet another act of Islamophobia.” In America, however, there was scant coverage, and claims that this was an “Islamophobic hate crime” were muted, as in CNN’s report.

Even CNN didn’t run wholeheartedly with the “Islamophobia” angle. It included in its report Paterson Mayor Andre Sayegh saying that a suspect had been caught, but that “their motive is not clear.” He did not, of course, mean that there were multiple suspects. He was just bowing to today’s fashionable torture of pronouns. South Paterson Councilman Al Abdel-aziz added, “While it is unclear what motivated the attacker, there is no justification for violence of any kind, especially in a sacred space.” CNN also noted that the New Jersey chapter of the Hamas-linked Council on American-Islamic Relations “called for a hate crime investigation after a separate incident in Paterson,” but strikingly, not in connection with the stabbing of Imam Elnakib.

If this had really been an “Islamophobic” attack, the outcry would have been full-throated, with nothing about the motive being unclear. The reason for all this reticence became clear when the suspect was apprehended. The attacker turned out to be not an “Islamophobe,” much less one of those elusive “white supremacist terrorists” that the Biden regime keeps telling us constitute the biggest terror threat the nation faces today, but a Muslim named Serif Zorba. According to a Tuesday report on NJ.com, Zorba explained to the police that “he planned the attack the night prior at his home on his own due to his disagreeing with the mosque and its leader collecting money in the name of Islam.”

Zorba was himself an observant Muslim, although he attended a different mosque in the area. NJ.com added that Zorba “had been attending prayer services at the Mevlana Cami, a mosque on Sussex Street, every day since the start of Ramadan, the Islamic holy month that began March 22, according to the vice president of that congregation, Hasan Oren… After prayers, Zorba allegedly approached the imam and pointed at his tie, asking him, ‘Why are you wearing a tie? In our religion, you should not wear a tie.’” That’s fairly clear as to the motive: not so much the tie, as the differences in understanding Islam of which the tie or lack thereof was one manifestation.

It’s unclear whether or not Sayegh knew this as he continued to give the impression that the mosque faced some external threat, saying, “We appreciate the efforts of those here who were able to apprehend the assailant and we also want to reassure the family, the congregation at the mosque, that there will be extra police attention. This is the holiest month in the Islamic calendar year and we want to make sure that the safety of those that are just coming to pray is a priority for us and that we take this situation very seriously. We want to let anyone who is coming to worship know that they can do this in peace without any fear of being attacked.” That’s great, but the fact that Elnakib’s attacker also considers this the holiest month of the year puts the whole thing in a different light, and Sayegh has been resolutely mum about that.

Saudi Arabia's rapprochement with Syria West's failure
[NPASYRIA] The first visit of Faisal Mekdad, Syria’s Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates, to Riyadh on Wednesday, April 12, is the latest sign of the Damascus’ return to the international stage — at least in the Middle East.

, a 22-country regional council. Saudi Arabia surprisingly signaled its willingness to allow the government of Bashir al-Assad to re-take its seat last week after over a decade since its expulsion.

In recent months, Saudi Arabia has been quieting the aggressive foreign policy it has been known for, for the past ten years. In March, a Chinese-brokered deal eased tensions with long-time foe Iran. Saudi Arabia’s foreign minister is set to visit Damascus before the end of the month.

Saudi Arabia is not alone in its efforts to bring al-Assad back into the fold of Middle Eastern politics. Besides long-time allies Iran
...a theocratic Shiite state divided among the Medes, the Persians, and the (Arab) Elamites. Formerly a fairly civilized nation ruled by a Shah, it became a victim of Islamic revolution in 1979. The nation is today noted for spontaneously taking over other countries' embassies, maintaining whorehouses run by clergymen, involvement in international drug trafficking, and financing sock puppet militias to extend the regime's influence. The word Iran is a cognate form of Aryan. The abbreviation IRGC is the same idea as Stürmabteilung (or SA). The term Supreme Guide is a the modern version form of either Duce or Führer or maybe both. They hate Jews Zionists Jews. Their economy is based on the production of oil and vitriol...

...an Iranian colony situated on the eastern Mediterranean, conveniently adjacent to Israel. Formerly inhabited by hardy Phoenecian traders, its official language is now Arabic, with the usual unpleasant side effects. The Leb civil war, between 1975 and 1990, lasted a little over 145 years and produced 120,000 fatalities. The average length of a ceasefire was measured in seconds. The Lebs maintain a precarious sectarian balance among Shiites, Sunnis, and about a dozeen flavors of Christians. It is the home of Hezbollah, which periodically starts a war with the Zionist Entity, gets Beirut pounded to rubble, and then declares victory and has a parade. The Lebs have the curious habit of periodically murdering their heads of state or prime ministers...
, Jordan, the UAE, Tunisia, Algeria and Oman have all encouraged rapprochement with the Syrian government. Egypt, Bahrain and The Sick Man of Europe Turkey

are warming to the idea as well.

Yet how exactly normalization will be implemented is unclear; major hurdles remain. Saudi Arabia wants to restore stability to the region. It could also gain from Syria’s reconstruction. After the Lebanese civil war (1975-1990), for instance, Saudi Arabia poured billions into Lebanon’s reconstruction, in part to buy influence in the country.

More pressing, however, is the booming trade in Captagon, a cheap amphetamine. Captagon is not only produced mainly in Syria, but is directly tied to the al-Assad government. An Arab News investigation says the government’s Fourth Division, which is headed by al-Assad’s brother, and Lebanese Hezbollah militia are deeply involved.

Much of the drug’s supply ends up in Gulf countries, particularly Saudi Arabia, where it can be sold for many times its production value. According to the same investigation, between 2020 and 2021, Saudi customs intercepted some 190 million pills. Captagon has caused a health crisis in the kingdom; authorities have been unable to stem the flow of pills.

To induce Damascus to halt its production and distribution of the drug, Riyadh will have to offer more than just political concessions. The trade is among the Syrian government’s main sources of revenue. In 2021, Damascus made around $5.7 billion from the sale of Captagon, says Arab News. The drug trade is so central to the government’s survival that Syria has been described as a ’narco-state’.

As the Wall Street Journal points out, Syria’s introduction back into the vaporous Arab League is no panacea to the country’s ailing economy and ongoing violence. Many League members — such as Morocco, Yemen

— still oppose the move. Even if they were in alignment, it may take years to convince the West to lift the crippling sanctions imposed on the country that would allow the region to freely trade and invest in Syria. To truly halt Damascus’ reliance on drug smuggling as a source of income, Saudi Arabia would have to offer material support. Yet that would put it in the crosshairs of Washington. For the moment, Saudi Arabia is unlikely to risk it.

In fact, the US congress passed the CAPTAGON Act in September of last year. The legislation calls on the government to use its diplomatic weight to halt Syria’s drug trade — not through concessions but through further pressure.

A decade ago, Riyadh warned the US that it would conduct a "major shift" away from its ally if Washington did not start acting against Bashir al-Assad and stop engaging with Iran. Today, the shoe is on the other foot. The US has scrambled to oppose Saudi Arabia’s rapprochement. The State Department said this week that, "our stance against normalization is very clear. We will not normalize with the Assad regime and we do not support others normalizing absent authentic and progress toward a political solution."

Part of the problem is that the governments pushing for normalization have a point. Syria’s population is impoverished and getting poorer by the day. US sanctions have not hurt the government, but have impeded the entry of technical equipment into the country, reconstruction, and for locals to conduct trade legally with its richer neighbors. As a recent open letter by Syria experts to the Biden administration points out, the US policy towards Syria is counterproductive and uninspired.

Yet simply restoring bilateral ties with al-Assad is not enough. Governments should continue to push for UN Security Council Resolution 2254, which calls for a ceasefire, negotiations, and to work towards free elections. Geir Pederson, the UN’s special envoy to Syria, met with Saudi Foreign Minister Faisal to stress this point. Faisal pledged to push for a solution that "preserves Syria’s unity, security, stability and Arab affiliation." This does not go far enough.

Governments should establish bilateral ties with non-governmental organizations in Syria as well. Support for democracy in the northeast of the country, which is administered autonomously, could be crucial for leaving the country better off than before a decade of war. It is clear a number of autocracies across the world are eager to restore ties with al-Assad with little to no political demands. Lacking a cohesive political roadmap, support for such a settlement will undoubtedly grow.
