#2 So Sisi is going to do business with the Moslem Brotherhood's Patron because he's angry about how the US also supported the Moslem Brotherhood.

He's going to get back at the US by making Shadow President Obama happy.

The amount of kayfabe on this planet is staggering.

#3 Putin might not be terribly concerned about Iranian sponsored terrorism, as long as it's not directed at Russia. But Obama is flat out in favor of it to the point of having shipped pallets of cash to the Mad Mullahs. Yes, there are inconsistencies in Obama's policies such as, why is he antagonistic against Russia when he gives Iran, Russia's ally, a pass. Hard to understand that one.

But sending 40,000 rockets to Russia is an indication that el-Sisi knows who his friends are and who is not his friend.
