#1 Ouch - I didnt realize the casualties were from a IED. RIP. When was the last time Hamas used an IED? When I think IED and VIED, I think of Iran's Calling Card in Iraq and our unfinished business with them. Wonder if there's an Iran Connection to this IED attack?

#2 Hamas has been training with Hezbollah and the IrGC in recent years, mossomo — 10/7 is an IRGC project, you’ll recall — so it’s likely they upped their IED game. But Hamas has occasionally targetted IDF patrols along the Gaza border fence ever since they settled in to ruling the Strip, so it isn’t a new concept for them.
