#7 ^^ I told myself to read the ENTIRE comment, not 85% of it. Maybe Max changing his story threw me off:

"Miller said he was alone in the car and didn't have his daughter or anyone else with him when the alleged road rage incident occurred."

Yes, Teslas (or pretty much any car nowadays) are rolling surveillance devices, and auto companies just love to sell your driving habits to auto insurance companies.
