#1 Anything less than a Japanese style public surrender to MacArthur [rubio or Witkoff or Rubio] from Iran just won't do! Iran must say they will stop enrichment and have the US monitor the nuclear dismantlement ON TV before the world.

#4 one advantage to Khamenei being alive is that it takes a lot of flunkies to tend to him and one of those flunkies may be an agent

another advantage is that if he flees to Russia (for real not just rumor) it will be a 'regime change possible' event

another advantage is that he could sign a binding statement giving up U 235 and P 239 enrichment

#5 At this point, I kinda think that Israel will require ending all support for Hamas, Hezbolla, and the Houthis.
(Did you ever wonder if the Iranians have an official policy to support 'H' name groups? I think I'm gonna proclaim myself the 'Happy Liberation Front' and apply for funding...)
