New WH Aides Reveal-Biden, 81, has difficulty functioning outside of 6-hour window-alarming report-Almost as if Jilly Needs Another Nudge!
[NYPost] Octogenarian President Biden has difficulty functioning outside a six-hour window of daylight, according to an alarming new report.

The 81-year-old commander in chief is prone to absent-minded gaffes and fatigue outside of the hours of 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. or while traveling abroad, White House aides told Axios in a bizarre attempt to spin his disastrous debate performance.

During the 90-minute trainwreck of a presidential debate — which kicked off five hours after the president’s peak performance window, at 9 p.m. — Biden often appeared vacant or slack-jawed, and on several occasions froze mid-thought, misspoke, or struggled to form coherent sentences.

Biden reportedly struggles with verbal miscues and fatigue outside the hours of 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The shocking late-night performance escalated fears about whether Biden is capable of serving another four years. He would be aged 86 by the end of his second term.

Biden attempted to quell voters’ concerns about his mental acuity with a much more energetic speech at a rally Friday in Raleigh, N.C. — during his more preferred time frame in the early afternoon.

Danger to self and others is the phrase that stuck with me
[YouTube] Lewy body dementias (LBD), 1.4 million in the United States.

Presence of Lewy bodies

Typically progresses rapidly

Lewy Body Dementia Association

We understand that though many families are affected by this disease, few individuals and medical professionals are aware of the symptoms, diagnostic criteria, or even that LBD exists.

Lewy body dementias (LBD) are the second most common form of degenerative dementia.

Alzheimer’s disease (AD) is most common.

LBD can have three common presentations

Some start with a movement disorder leading to the diagnosis of Parkinson’s disease and later develop dementia.

This is diagnosed as Parkinson’s disease dementia.

Others start with a cognitive/memory disorder that may be mistaken for AD,

leading to the diagnosis of ‘dementia with Lewy bodies’ (DLB).

A small group will first present with neuropsychiatric symptoms, hallucinations, behavioral problems, difficulty with complex mental activities

The most common symptoms of LBD include:

Impaired thinking, such as loss of executive function (planning, processing information), memory, or the ability to understand visual information

Fluctuations in cognition, attention, or alertness

Problems with movement, including tremors, stiffness, slowness, and difficulty walking

Visual hallucinations (seeing things that are not present)

The symptoms of LBD are treatable

Early and accurate diagnosis of LBD is essential

Early and accurate diagnosis is important because LBD patients may react to certain medications differently than AD or PD patients.

A variety of drugs, including some dementia meds and some antiparkinsonian medications, can worsen LBD symptoms.

(LBD affects an individual’s brain differently than other dementias).

Treatment should always be monitored by a physician and may include prescriptive and other therapies, exercise, diet, sleep habits, changes in behavior, and daily routines.

Individuals and families living with LBD should not have to face this disease alone.

LBD affects every aspect of a person – their mood, the way they think, and the way they move.

The combination of cognitive, motor and behavioral symptoms creates a highly challenging set of demands for continuing care.

Physician education is urgently needed.

More research is urgently needed.

Research needs include tools for early diagnoses, such as screening questionnaires, biomarkers, neuroimaging techniques, and more effective therapies.

Currently, there is no specific test to diagnose LBD.

QUESTION: As we know, the DOJ refused to indict Biden for his 20+ years of illegal retention of classified files Left in a house garage. Which was rented out to Chinese Nationals, no less by Hunter. The reason cited was age related issues.

Now we have the State & National Democrat Party leaders in a panic, and taking steps to dump Biden for 2024. Why? Because of what we have all clearly seen for the last 3+ years. A president with a serious failed Mental State.

So Congress (R's, Rino's & D's and LSD's) what happened to the 25th Amendment?

Is political power and the $$M y'all skim, more important than the safe constitutional operation of the United States and protection of WE THE PEOPLE?

Either way
It seems History again repeats itself. Just like the Woodrow Wilson Stroke situation in later 1919. We again have the President's wife and others actually running the US Government.

Final Question:
Should those, running the shadow government, be arrested?

NN2N1,

I absolutely believe right now that DOCTOR Jill is cosplaying Edith Galt Wilson, cheerfully aided and abetted by the WH staff - the Cabinet is completely aimless right now, no one is at the helm, and the only thought and priority is re-election. The DNC is behaving like the late Empire Romans who have just found out the Vandals are inbound. Congress is hiding out the best they can, even though they are faced with the most obvious case for the 25th Amendment we've seen yet.

The President of the United States is sundowning, something I saw at terrifyingly close range when my father reached his final illness. If a crisis hits now, we are in deep, deep trouble. We need to be ready for President Harris, possibly as early as this week.

Caribbean-Latin America
Shock reality for US of Venezuela's epic drop in MURDER as 'thugs who think crime is part of regular...
[Daily Mail, where America gets its news] … life' come to America.

Violent deaths in Venezuela have plummeted to a 22-year low as criminals increasingly join the millions fleeing the broke socialist nation - many of them entering the US to pursue their own twisted version of the American dream.

Once deemed the world's most dangerous city, Caracas has seen homicides fall by a staggering 25 percent when compared to 2023, with the Venezuelan Violence Observatory registering 26.8 violent deaths per 100,000 people, compared to a rate of 35.3 for every 100,000 habitants in 2022.

But now, as Venezuelans increasingly flood over the US-Mexico border, reports of newly-arrived migrants committing horrific crimes have left Americans shocked - including that of two men arrested in the brutal abduction, rape and murder of a 12-year-old girl in Texas just last week.

Former President Donald Trump has repeatedly claimed that the oil-rich socialist regime is emptying its jails and sending violent felons to the US as he campaigns for a second term.

But security experts say the real reason is more likely that criminals and gangsters are now seeking to escape the bankrupt nation and go where the money is.

According to InsightCrime, the dire economic situation in the country, combined with the mass population exodus, has reduced opportunities for those looking to extort, kidnap and rob back home.

'Crime is falling in Venezuela because of the destruction of the country’s economy …because of the loss of opportunities for crime,' OVV director Roberto Briceño-León told InSight Crime.

While the government does not publish official data on crime, Venezuelan security official Remigio Ceballos Ichaso has claimed overall crime has dropped by 32 percent - without citing what kind of crime that figure included.

Jose Antonio Colina, founder of Veppex, an organization that advocates for Venezuelans who were persecuted by the nation's regime, told DailyMail.com many of the recent arrivals accused of horrific crimes have never known democracy or the rule of law and are acting in the US as they were allowed to do back home.

'Many of them are minors who are born and raised in a country where there is no justice or respect for the law,' said the former Venezuela military officer, who has been exiled in Florida since 2003, when he was accused of conspiring against then-president Hugo Chavez.

Unlike its neighbors in Latin America, Venezuelans have not traditionally been a migrant culture - in 1990, there were just 42,000 Venezuelans in the US, compared to 282,000 Colombians.

Venezuelans began leaving their country in significant numbers in 2000, just a year after Hugo Chavez' election, as the nation's wealthiest feared nationalizations and socialist policies to come, as reported by Caracas Chronicles.

The US is currently seeing a third wave of new arrivals from Venezuela, which started in 2017, and has seen the country's poorest and most desperate travel from their homes to the US-Mexico border on foot, crossing into central America through the perilous Darien Gap.

Along with the millions of innocent migrants, criminals including professional gangsters have also managed to make their way into the US, and have been making headlines in recent months.

The gangsters have used the migration wave to hide among legitimate asylum seekers - over 334,000 Venezuelans crossed the US-Mexico border in fiscal year 2023 - second only to Mexicans.

'They go into local economies where there are Venezuelans and take over the criminal underground using excessive force,' former Border Patrol Agent Ammon Blair told the New York Post. 'They’ll start shooting prostitutes controlled by rival gangs and perform the executions live on social media in order to establish their presence.'

The political and economic crisis has forced more than 7.7million people to leave the nation since 2014- even more than Ukrainians and Syrians.

Europe
Panic Time: Netherlands' Wealth Tax Gets Shot Down, Must Be Refunded
[Telegraph HT HotAir] The Netherlands is expected to pay billions of pounds in compensation to taxpayers after a divisive levy on investments and second homes was shot down by the Dutch Supreme Court.

On 6 June, the court ruled that the country’s wealth tax went against the European Convention on Human Rights because it forced savers and investors to pay tax on income they had not earned.

The decision has opened the door to legal redress for hundreds of thousands of people who were overcharged by the tax authority.

Outgoing state secretary for finance Marnix van Rij estimated that the upfront cost would be €4bn — or £3.37bn.

But the true cost could rise by billions of euros per year while the government works out a new system to replace the controversial levy — a system not expected until 2027.

The Supreme Court’s decision may serve as a warning for other countries seeking to raise revenue from taxes on savings and investments.

Labour is considering options for extra wealth taxes if it wins the general election on 4 July, as reported by the Guardian.

The party is under pressure to explain how it will fund its plans for public services, and so far has ruled out raising income tax, National Insurance or corporation tax.
100pc tax rate

Since 2001, the Netherlands has divided income into three different types, known as boxes.

"Box One" taxes employment income, "Box Two" applies to people with a substantial share in a business, and "Box Three" is effectively a wealth tax — levied on income from savings, investments and second properties.

For years Box Three has been under attack because it is based on fictional — rather than actual — returns.

There have been various iterations of the levy but when it was first introduced, the government assumed that everyone earned a 4pc return on their assets. Taxpayers were then charged 30pc on that yield.

This was regardless of whether they held cash, stocks or property and regardless of how their investments performed.

At the time, Minister of Finance Gerrit Zalm presented the arrangement as risk-free. "Any fool can get a return of more than 4pc," he said.

But little did Mr Zalm know that the credit crunch was just around the corner.

Robert van der Jagt, of accountancy firm KPMG, said: "At the time, 4pc was very favourable. But then the financial crisis happened — and interest rates dropped to well below 4pc."

Savers were effectively punished for holding their money in low-interest accounts, with many forking out more in tax than they earned from their wealth. As a result people were charged effective tax rates of 100pc or more.

From 2008 onwards, taxpayers started challenging Box Three, which led to the government reforming the levy in 2017.

Under this new regime, the deemed yield on savings was cut to 1.63pc while the yield on investments and second properties was brought up to 5.39pc. This was to reflect the fact that investors usually earn higher returns. These yields were then adjusted every year.

But taxpayers were still being charged based on hypothetical returns. So on 24 December 2021, in the so-called Christmas judgment, the Supreme Court decided the 2017 regime had violated taxpayers’ property rights.

Did Hakeem Jeffries Just Open the Door to Replacing Biden?
[New Republic] Asked if Joe Biden was the Democratic Party’s most effective messenger following his disastrous performance in Thursday night’s debate, House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries sidestepped the question—and appeared to suggest an openness to replacing the president as the party’s nominee.

"President Biden is scheduled to speak today around noon, as I understand it, in North Carolina," Jeffries told AP reporter Farnoush Amiri Friday morning. "I’m looking forward to hearing from President Biden. And until he articulates a way forward in terms of his vision for America at this moment, I’m going to reserve comment about anything relative to where we are at this moment, other than to say I stand behind the ticket.

"I stand behind the Senate Democratic majority. And of course, we’re going to do everything that we need to do as House Democrats to win," Jeffries added.

Earlier in the day, Jeffries said that Biden shouldn’t step aside as the party’s nominee. But his answer to Amiri’s question suggests reservations, at the very least. After all, the New York Democrat is a party leader and not known for going against the rest of the Democratic orthodoxy, and he didn’t give a full-throated defense of Biden. Given the outright panic in Democratic circles, it would be shocking if the party’s leaders weren’t at least weighing their options at the moment.

While some Democrats have made outlandish defenses of the president, others have openly discussed how to replace Biden before November, mentioning a brokered convention and alternative candidates like Vice President Kamala Harris, Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer, or California Governor Gavin Newsom.

There is a clear consensus that Biden showed fatigue and a lack of mental sharpness at the debate, though there is no clear, obvious replacement waiting in the wings—and no easy way to sub Biden out. But there’s still time, as the Democratic National Convention isn’t until mid-August, and the calls will only grow louder if concerns go unresolved.

Van Jones: 'High Likelihood' 'Biden Victory Ultimately Means Kamala Harris Will Be President'
[BREITBART] On Friday’s broadcast of "CNN
...formerly the Cable News Network, now who know what it might stand for...
NewsNight," CNN Political Commentator and former Obama Adviser Van Jones said that Republican claims that Vice President Kámala Harris
Former Oakland mayor Willie Brown's former mistress, then a senatrix from California former 2020 Dem presidential hopeful, and Joe Biden's wing nut...
is really on the ballot are accurate and "it’s hard to imagine" the Joe The Big Guy Biden
...46th president of the U.S. Old, boring, a plagiarist, fond of hair sniffing and grabbing the protruding parts of women, and not whatcha call brilliant... or is that an act?...
that "you saw yesterday" on the debate stage "making it four-and-a-half more years. And so, you do have to acknowledge, there is a high likelihood that a Joe Biden victory ultimately means Kamala Harris will be president."

Host Abby Phillip said, "This has been something that they have described as a conservative talking point, a hitjob, that she’s really the one on the ballot. But it seems like, at this very moment, that is true."

Jones responded, "Yeah. Because, look, Joe Biden did a great job today, and that was a relief for a lot of people, but it’s hard to unsee yesterday. And it’s hard to imagine the guy you saw yesterday making it four-and-a-half more years. And so, you do have to acknowledge, there is a high likelihood that a Joe Biden victory ultimately means Kamala Harris will be president. So, people need to make the decision, do you feel comfortable? Do you feel good about that?"

U.S. Rep. Roy seeks to oust Biden via 25th amendment
[JustTheNews] U.S. Rep. Chip Roy R-Texas, filed a resolution Friday calling for the 25th Amendment of the Constitution to be invoked to remove President Joe Biden from office after his performance at the presidential debate on Thursday night. Biden appeared to have mental and physical difficulties, prompting widespread speculation and criticism in the media and among Democrats.

The resolution calls on Vice President Kamala Harris “to convene and mobilize the principal officers of the executive departments of the Cabinet to activate Section 4 of the 25th Amendment to declare President Joseph Biden incapable of executing the duties of his office and to immediately exercise powers as Acting President.” It also states Biden “has repeatedly and publicly demonstrated his inability to discharge the powers and duties of the presidency, including, among others, the powers and duties of the Commander-In-Chief.”

In a radio interview, Roy made similar arguments to those of Sen. Ted Cruz, R-Texas, saying he doesn’t know who would replace Biden as the Democratic nominee ahead on Novembers election. Cruz says it would be former First Lady Michelle Obama.

Roy said, “Democrats have now known this for a long time,” referring to Biden’s mental and physical health. “They've been guilty of trying to hide it from the American people. They've been using him [Biden] as a puppet as a Manchurian candidate to drive their radical agenda. They've done that on purpose … now they saw the gig is up, that Trump could win, they were hoping they could keep the Manchurian candidate in place, they panicked. It was a controlled panic, let's have an early debate, we'll see how he performed. He didn't perform. Now they have what they need to try to push him aside and end-run [Vice President] Kamala [Harris].”

Regardless of the Democrats’ problems, Roy said, “we have a constitutional duty to protect the Constitution. He's incapable. We should force Democrats to own it and make a choice. Do you agree, do you believe he's competent? Let's make them choose.”

Congress proposed the 25th Amendment in 1965 after the assassination of President John F. Kennedy. All 50 states ratified it in 1967. It establishes procedures for replacing the president or vice president under certain circumstances. The first time it was invoked was in 1973 after Vice President Spiro Agnew resigned, according to the Congressional Research Service. It was again used in 1974 after President Richard Nixon resigned and when Vice President Gerald Ford, who became president, nominated Nelson Rockefeller as Vice President. It has not been used since.

Calls to invoke the 25th Amendment were made in February by multiple members of Congress after Special Counsel Robert Hur’s report cited examples of Biden’s mental lapses, describing him as an “elderly man with poor memory,” The Center Square reported.

Before that, and for three years, former White House physician for presidents Barack Obama and Donald Trump, U.S. Rep. Ronny Jackson, R-Texas, repeatedly questioned Biden’s mental and physical health and called for him to be removed under the 25th Amendment, The Center Square reported.

Time to Get Familiar with Section 4 of Amendment 25

[PrepScholar] SECTION 4
"Whenever the Vice President and a majority of either the principal officers of the executive departments or of such other body as Congress may by law provide, transmit to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives their written declaration that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, the Vice President shall immediately assume the powers and duties of the office as Acting President.

Thereafter, when the President transmits to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives his written declaration that no inability exists, he shall resume the powers and duties of his office unless the Vice President and a majority of either the principal officers of the executive department or of such other body as Congress may by law provide, transmit within four days to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives their written declaration that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office. Thereupon Congress shall decide the issue, assembling within forty-eight hours for that purpose if not in session. If the Congress, within twenty-one days after receipt of the latter written declaration, or, if Congress is not in session, within twenty-one days after Congress is required to assemble, determines by two-thirds vote of both Houses that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, the Vice President shall continue to discharge the same as Acting President; otherwise, the President shall resume the powers and duties of his office."

It makes a US VOTER wonder.

Why the 25th now, just before the election?
When it has been clear for 3+ years, even to US Voters, that Biden has been a mentally handicapped puppet on the Jill/Obama/$$Elite$$ control string.

Could it be that the DC Swamp is worried about itself position, after TRUMP wins in Nov. 2024?

Because, IF!!!, Trump is allowed to take office without a successful DC Swamp planned "accident" between Nov 2024-Jan. 2025.

Surely they are worried that Trump will call for a REAL investigation of the Illegal activities of the DC Swamp and those behind the 2020 Coup?

#4  It's just as likely the deep state comes to Trump hat in hand and says "You win the election and in return we all leave one another alone."

It would be hard to argue against such an arrangement, assuming it could be made ironclad.

#6  Roy is kneecapping his own party (to get back at Trump?). At least three States won't allow Biden to be replaced on the ballot unless he dies OR the 25th is invoked. Roy is just handing the donks a lifeline to get a new candidate on all 50 ballots.

Oklahoma's immigration law halted; AG Drummond says he will appeal
[JustTheNews] The United States Department of Justice, Padres Unidos de Tulsa and several individuals sued to stop the law.

A federal judge issued a preliminary injunction of Oklahoma's immigration law on Friday, setting up an appeal from Attorney General Gentner Drummond.

The Oklahoma Legislature passed a bill that would make "impermissible occupation" a state crime, allowing state law enforcement officers to arrest people found to be in the country illegally. Gov. Kevin Stitt signed the bill into law, which would have gone into effect Monday.

The United States Department of Justice, Padres Unidos de Tulsa and several individuals sued to stop the law.

U.S. District Judge Bernard M. Jones said in his order that Oklahoma “may have understandable frustrations with the problems caused by illegal immigration . . . , but the State may not pursue policies that undermine federal law," a referral to a 2012 Arizona case.

Drummond said he is appealing.

"While today’s court ruling is disappointing, I will not stop fighting for Oklahoma and our right to protect our borders," Drummond said. "The Biden Administration’s complete failure to enforce federal immigration laws made House Bill 4156 a necessity."

The House of Representatives Latino Caucus praised the decision and called the law "political theater."

“This bill was a clear political stunt meant to secure the primary elections of our Republican leaders and it wasn’t even successful,” said Rep. Annie Menz, D-Norman. “Instead, it targeted a large portion of Oklahoma, angered law enforcement officials, and attempted to bypass the constitution. An injunction is the obvious choice.”

The ruling is the third time a federal judge has stopped a state from creating its own immigration law. A federal court is deciding whether an illegal immigration law in Texas should take effect.

Earlier this month, a federal judge issued an injunction halting a similar law passed by the Iowa Legislature. Attorney General Breanna Bird is appealing the decision. m
