True, they will likely continue to use the movie lots and production areas for the wage workers.

But when any Business pulls its HQ's (CORP TAX ID) location out of a given area, that is a big tax digest warning $$$$$ hit for local & state gov's to heed.

Remember, California, instead of fixing the reason why the HQ's are leaving.
California has had the stupid illegal idea it would tax/fine people for leaving the state.

2 Yall are stupid if you think they're moving the PRODUCTION side.

For now. I'd wager part of the decision process involved potential lots and said expenses. This isn't the 20 century; work can be done from anywhere. New building allows for a modern floor plan with the future of video technology in mind.
