3 ....IIRC Mann was determined to have died quite peacefully in his sleep.

The thing is...no matter WHAT the cause, people are always going to say, "He died at Burning Man," and then start acting like Eric Idle in the Monty Python 'Nudge Nudge Wink Wink' sketch.
