Given what was and still is being stolen, skimmed and pocketed.
Many areas could have been treating disabled US Taxpayers and US Retirees for free.

Instead we saw increases in the cost of Medicare premiums and a joke for a COLA that did not even come close to being equal to the real economy inflation.
