4 I still don't believe he killed Charlie. He might have been part of the plan, but I don't believe that he's the killer for a second. The story and events are way to f***ed up to believe he did it.

9 If he says he did it but he really didn't, I'd take that as an indication that he was at least part of a conspiracy and now he's covering for his co-conspirators. That's just as bad as if he pulled the trigger himself.

Reality is.
Even if they get a conviction and a Death Sentence, it will take 20+ years to maybe execute him.

Maybe, justice will be swifter in prison itself.
