3 Because he doesn’t seem to grasp that the Jews/Israel thing is a serious concern for perhaps as many as half of non-Jewish Republicans as well, who view it as a mark of character.

4 If it were just about Jewish votes, he’s right — we aren’t enough to make a difference in most districts. If it were just about Jewish donations and organization skills, both can be supplied by others, with extra effort to make uo the difference. But to many voters, here at Rantburg as well as elsewhere, tolerance of Jew-hate is an non-negotiable disqualifier.
