6 If it were my job to launch a missile strike on CONUS, I would do it from a shipping container on a non-descript freighter off the Eastern seaboard with an EMP warhead. Creating a dramatic media/propaganda event is more important than actually damage.

As for Tucker, I can only assume there is an alien pod under the stairs in some basement with his face on it.
