the confession was part of a plea deal and the plea deal has been revoked - so, IMO, there is a valid reason for suppressing the confession

convicting him of the other crimes should result in a death penalty and, even without the confession, there is probably enough to convict on his planning the 9-11 atrocity.

However, with trial postponements, appeals, etc. I doubt a death sentence implementation until 2029 at the earliest. If a D is POTUS at that point, no execution is likely.
