6 Iran is capping wells. You have to redrill those and usually only western nations have the skillset to do so.

Iran is out of storage. No ships have loaded crude and they are only pumping enough they can refine for domestic production.

Iran can't stop tankers. The flow of tankers in and out of the gulf, while well below normal, is ticking up towards normal and will be by the end of the year at this rate.

Deduction, they are panicking. And that makes them all the more dangerous.
