Many of these groups have handy sub-offices and activities within the beltway. Why can these networks be rolled up and held accountable ?

Are there other more clandestine interests involved ?

It's not a 'sport' (or war) for the owners, it's a business.

I can see why every elite group and modern nation wants control of this mostly 3rd world continent.

* crude oil, natural gas, coal and charcoal.
* gold, silver, lead, iron ore, cobalt, zinc, and manganese.
* talc, limestone.
* diamonds, amethyst, emeralds, etc.

PLUS Africa holds 18% of the worlds uranium reserves, with Namibia, Niger, and South Africa being Africa's leading producers.
