1 Are Ceuta and Melilla in danger?

It's easy to imagine the current Spanish government letting the Moroccans have them.

2 I believe the population of Ceuta is now almost half Moslem, which I suspect means Moroccan “refugees”, and that means Spain is providing housing and all sorts of aid so that they don’t suffer the difficulties of poverty.
