2 Senior Iran program researcher at INSS: 'Israel should demand strategic goals before returning to combat'
Danny Citrinowicz, former head of the Iran branch in the IDF Military Intelligence Research Division and currently a senior researcher in the Iran and Shiite Axis program at the Institute for National Security Studies (INSS), said in an interview with Ynet Studio that "we are still within the same boundaries of the game that the sides defined for themselves. There is no real dramatic change." He added: "I think Trump is approaching the decision point, currently it doesn't appear that the sides are interested in negotiations. It's possible we will reach further escalation. Israel should demand from the United States to agree on the strategic goals of the combat before Israel returns to it."
